Fred is responsible for overseeing Member Experience at Foodbuy Hospitality. His team assists Hospitality Members in utilizing company systems, processes, reporting tools and evaluating analytics. Fred also oversees Foodbuy Hospitality’s OneSource Ecommerce platform and the MPower Foodbuy Member Portal. Fred and his team are instrumental in supporting our Account Management and Business Development teams and partnering with Members to increase program utilization and their purchasing savings performance. Fred has been with Foodbuy Hospitality and Compass Group for 23 years.

Throughout his career, Fred has consistently developed wide‐scale process improvements and automated systems. He is an innovator and an expert at touching numerous aspects of the hospitality supply‐chain and developing and executing incremental advancements for Foodbuy Hospitality Members. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland.
