Vice President, Member Success

Melissa leads key member-facing initiatives within the varying aspects of Foodbuy Hospitality organization. Melissa focuses on collaboration with the Implementation and Account Management teams to foster positive changes that have a lasting impact on improving Member purchasing performance. Additionally, she’s heavily involved in Member retention, onboarding new Members and the development and integration of Member-facing strategic initiatives. Her role largely focuses on ensuring optimal financial, quality assurance and Member goals are achieved.

Prior to joining to Foodbuy Hospitality, Melissa worked within Compass Group in a variety of key roles that included leading business processes improvement initiatives for Eurest National Accounts, change management projects, large scale Member transitions and quality improvement projects. Melissa began her career as a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Morrison Healthcare Foodservice specializing in Member retention, health and wellness and Member satisfaction.

Melissa and her husband of 18 years reside in Port. St. Joe, Florida with their 12-year-old son.
