Harissa is a spicy paste, made with roasted chili and Baklouti peppers. Originally from the Maghreb, this sauce can be used in many dishes to add complexity. The flavor is both sweet and spicy, making harissa a versatile condiment for your kitchen.

While harissa is delicious on its own, it can also be mixed with some of your pantry staples to create unique sauces, dips, and spreads. Foodbuy Hospitality teamed up with Nestle to share 18 easy ways to use Minor’s Harissa this summer.
