Foodbuy Hospitality’s Culinary Solutions team assisted in the development of a spec book to help to identify key items that the client should be utilizing. Culinary Solutions helped integrate this spec book and customized shopping lists into the client’s eProcurement platform for all locations. As a result, Foodbuy Hospitality delivered $45K of additional savings to this organization.
