OneSource Simplifies Hospitality Company’s Accounting Process

This Member began working with Foodbuy Hospitality and had immediate interest in the OneSource purchasing platform.
The Member determined that aligning all their properties on OneSource would lead to larger savings and efficiencies across the board. The hospitality group also wanted to standardize their account payable processes to lead to increased visibility over payments and greater efficiency.
The Solution:
The Member worked with their Foodbuy Hospitality account manager and the OneSource team to implement purchasing through the program across their portfolio of properties. The Member now has real-time visibility to all purchasing activity across their hotels and has set up spending limits for proper purchase order approvals. Property level users have real-time access to contract pricing and rebate visibility on the platform. Additionally, they implemented an accounts payable integration between OneSource and the Member’s AP system, resulting in time savings and efficient invoice management.
The Results:
